Checking and Publishing the Page¶
When all page configuration are ready, you may follow the instructions below to save, check, or publish the page.
Saving Configurations¶
Save your configuration by hovering over Save and then selecting Save in the dropdown menu.
Validating Configurations¶
Validate all data-related configuration to ensure the page delivers a consistent experience.
Hover over Others.
Select Check Configuration from the drop-down menu.
The system will start validating all configurations and point out invalid items.
Previewing the Page¶
Before publishing the page, you can select Preview to view the page in runtime to make sure all data-relevant interactions work as intended.
If you want to preview in the application where you plan to embed the page, select Others > Publish Information to obtain the Preview Runtime URL.
Publishing the Page¶
Select Publish in the configuration interface.
Select the Visibility range of the page:
Public: to share the page with users from other OU.
Internal: to use the page within your current OU.
Select OK to confirm publishing the page. This will trigger automatic configuration validation. Any issues found that may compromise the functionality of the app page will be displayed, reminding you to modify before publishing.
Select All Checked, Publish if you want to continue publishing without addressing the detected issues.
Copy the Page URL and Static Data Entry Page URL from the popup window after successful publication.
After publishing the page, you can also find the URLs of the page from Others > Publish Information.
Saving as Template¶
You can save the page as a template for future use.
Hover over Save on the top navigation bar.
Select Save as Template.
Set the Name, Belonged Group, Folder, Responsive Mode, and Tag in the popup window.
Select OK to save the page as a template.
