Managing Version History¶
Every time you save a page, the system automatically creates a historical version. With version history, you can review the content of any past version and roll back the page to a previous state if needed.
Open Version History¶
In the single-page application editor, click Others → History in the top-right corner.
View a Historical Version¶
The left panel lists all historical versions in reverse chronological order. Each entry shows the version label, save time, and the user who made the change. There are two version types:
DRAFT: The current unpublished draft.
SAVED_VN: A snapshot created each time the page is saved. Higher numbers indicate more recent versions. Versions that have been published to the live environment are marked with a publish icon.
Click any version in the list to preview its page content in the canvas on the right.
Edit a Historical Version in Sandbox¶
If you want to test changes based on a historical version without affecting the current draft, click Edit in Sandbox in the top-right corner. The system opens an isolated sandbox editor using that version as the starting point. Changes made in the sandbox do not affect the live draft.
Rollback to a Historical Version¶
To restore the page to a historical version, select the target version and click Rollback to This Version in the top-right corner.
Note
Rolling back will overwrite the current draft. Make sure you no longer need any unsaved changes in the draft before proceeding.
Click OK to complete the rollback. The draft will be updated to match the selected historical version.
