Managing Recurring Works


Created recurring works can be viewed, enabled/disabled, edited, and deleted.

Prerequisites


Before starting, make sure that the current account has the required asset permissions, operation permissions, and menu groups including Recurring Work. If not assigned, contact the application administrator.

Viewing


When recurring work is enabled, work orders will be generated according to the schedule.

  1. In the left navigation bar, select Recurring Work.

  2. Select a recurring work to open the details page, where you can view the following information:

    • The overview shows the following information:

      • Recurring work ID and Status (enabled/disabled).
      • Recurring work Name.
    • The tabs display the following information:

      • Details: display recurring work details information.

      • Schedule\ : display schedule information. The calendar view on the right displays generated work orders and scheduled but not yet generated work orders in different colors.

        Note

        When the recurring work schedule type is floating, only generated work orders will be displayed in the calendar.

      • Work Orders: the work orders that have been generated by this recurring work.

      • Change Log: the change logs of the recurring work.

Enabling/Disabling


There are two ways to enable/disable recurring works:

  • In the recurring work list, select the ellipsis (…) on the right of the target recurring work, and then select Enable/Disable.
  • On the target recurring work details page, select the Status button.

Note

After a recurring work is disabled, the recurring work orders will no longer be generated, but already generated work orders will not be affected.

Editing


There are two ways to edit recurring works:

  • In the recurring work list, select Edit on the right of the target recurring work.
  • On the target recurring work details page, select Edit.

Note

  • Editing a recurring work will not affect already generated work orders.
  • The schedule type (fixed or floating) cannot be modified after it is set.

Deleting


There are two ways to delete recurring works:

  • In the recurring work list, select the ellipsis (…) on the right of the target recurring work, and then select Delete from the options.
  • On the target recurring work details page, select Delete.

Note

You can only delete recurring works created by yourself.
