About EnOS Work Management


Work Management is a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) based on EnOS Suite, and is tightly integrated with the EnOS native Monitoring & Control and Advanced Analytics applications. It can be used both as an end-to-end native ticket management tool, and also as an integration bridge between EnOS Monitoring & Control and Advanced Analytics applications and third-party CMMSs.

Main Features


Work Management includes two primary modules: the work order system and the connector.

  • As a lightweight and low-cost ticket management tool, the work order system module enables closed-loop alert and daily ticket management.
  • The connector module integrates EnOS Monitoring & Control and Advanced Analytics applications with third-party CMMS services when the user already has a third-party CMMS.

Work Order System


The work order system module, as a lightweight and low-cost ticket management tool, provides native CMMS services to enable closed-loop alert and daily ticket management. Its core functions are as follows:

  • Displays the data metrics of service requests and work orders to allow managers to understand the overall work situation.
  • Reviews service requests and generates follow-up work orders with one click. Views the work order arrangement in the calendar, quickly schedules work orders by dragging and dropping them, and manages the entire life cycle of the work order.
  • Creates O&M work orders regularly to meet preventive maintenance needs.
  • It can be operated via the web or mobile, and when the ticket status changes, real-time push notifications are sent through email and mobile.
  • Data isolation is performed based on asset permissions, and different roles are assigned different work order operation permissions to improve the security of ticket management.
  • The fields and workflows of service requests and work orders can be customized to adapt to different business scenarios.

Connector


The connector module provides integration services for applications such as EnOS Monitoring & Control and Advanced Analytics with third-party CMMSs. Its core features are as follows:

  • An integrator for the unified export of multiple EnOS Monitoring & Control and Advanced Analytics applications to third-party CMMS.
  • An out-of-the-box and continuously expanding adapter library that supports the rapid integration of EnOS applications with mainstream third-party CMMSs, enabling alerts to be automatically pushed to third-party systems to generate tickets and form a closed loop.
