Target Users¶

EnOS Work Management primarily serves the following roles.

Application Creator¶

Application creators can create ticket applications suitable for different industries and business scenarios based on ticket management functions provided by Work Management.

Application User¶

Work Management provides application users with full lifecycle management of tickets. Typically, different application users (such as managers and operators) need to perform different operations on the ticket at different stages of its use.

Application Administrators¶

Application administrators are responsible for managing users and permissions in the OU, including access to menus and assets, and operations within the application. Application users need to contact the application administrator to assign the required permissions before using the application.
