Application Scenarios¶

EnOS Work Management can be applied to the following scenarios.

Close-Loop Monitoring and O&M¶

Work Management is seamlessly integrated with multiple EnOS native Monitoring and Control applications to achieve the rapid closed-loop handling of alerts. In the EnOS Monitoring and Control application, when an alert is generated, monitoring staff can trigger a service request to Work Management with one click. In Work Management, managers can review service requests and create follow-up work orders if follow-up handling is required. The operator performs the work according to the work order, enters the resolution result, and uploads the relevant inspection photos. At the same time, monitoring staff can continuously track the handling of work orders in the Monitoring and Control application to confirm that the problem is resolved.

Managing Daily Maintenance Work¶

In Work Management, managers can create recurring works, and Work Management will automatically generate work orders based on the set schedule. When setting recurring works, managers can view the historical work orders from the device to fully understand the fault information and processing conditions, and from there establish a more reasonable schedule to complete the work order.
