Product Architecture


EnOS Work Management can be used both as an end-to-end ticket management tool and as an integration bridge between EnOS native applications and third-party CMMSs.

  • The EnOS work order system connects multiple EnOS native applications through the built-in API and adapters. Users can directly make maintenance plans, manage service requests and work orders, and view work reports in the work order system, as well as custom workflow and notification rules. The work order and service request functions can be used on the mobile to satisfy users’ different usage scenarios.
  • As a connector, users can use the unified API and third-party CMMS adapters provided by the connector to complete third-party CMMS integration.
