Cannot See Some Service Requests or Work Orders¶
Why are some service requests and work orders visible to other users in the OU, but not to me?
Cause¶
Only users with the site permissions associated with this service request or work order can see these tickets.
Solution¶
Contact the system administrator to add the corresponding site permissions to your account.
