Application Enablement¶
In EnOS 2.1 Update Release, we added several new functions and features in API Management and Application Portal.
API Management¶
The new functions for API Management for this release are as per the following.
- API hot update: The state of the API in the editing environment running environment are independent of each other and hot updating enables you to keep the API running while updating its version.
- You can now release and publish APIs in batch.
- You can now switch between and view the past versions of published APIs.

Application Portal¶
Sorting Applications by Category¶
The organization (OU) administrator can now adjust the order of how all the application categories, applications, and application shortcuts appear in the application list.

Multi-language Support for Organization Name¶
The OU administrator can now enter the name of the organization in both English and Chinese when creating an organization structure or renaming a node in the organization structure. The organization name will correspond to the selected environment locale.

API¶
Five new APIs are added: Get Users with Asset Access, Get Unresolved Messages, Get User Domain, Get User Structures, Log In via Authorization Code.

Notification Management (Preview)¶
In EnOS 2.1 Update Release, we added support of the Notification Management service, which helps EnOS system administrators or application developers to manage the message sending method (email or SMS) of the platform or applications, configure message sending templates, view the total counts of sent messages, set message sending quota, and manage the message sending services.
