Assigning Onboarding Processes

When you assign onboarding steps to different roles, you are assigning the onboarding step operation authority in Site Onboarding to different users. For example, if the account named Site is defined as the Site Admin role, and Configure Sites permission is granted for the Site role, then log in to the Site account to enter the Configure Sites step page and proceed. If one account is required to complete all steps, this can be done by configuring the roles corresponding to the account for all steps.

For more information on user role permissions, see Target Users.

This article describes how the application administrator assigns onboarding steps to users.

  4. Once all are checked, select Save to complete authorization.
