Managing Records


EOC supports to view and manage DNS in unified list, including: edit and delete.

Prerequisites


Before you start, make sure that the user account has been assigned the required permissions. If you need to be assigned, please contact the Organization Admin.

Viewing DNS Details


You can view details by the following steps.

  1. Log in to the EOC and select Assets > DNS in the left navigation bar.

  2. Enter a specific domain name or value in the search box to quickly locate the target domain.

  3. Click the target domain name to access the domain name details page, which shows the details of the current domain name.

Editing DNS Records


You can edit records by the following steps.

  1. Log in to the EOC and select Assets > DNS in the left navigation bar.

  2. On the domain list page, select the target domain record and click edit.

  3. On the edit DNS records page, complete the changes to the record information.

    • Value: Enter the IP address of the DNS to be modified, you can separate multiple values with a carriage return.

    • TTL: Enter the survival time to be modified.

    • Comments: Enter the reason for the change required.

  4. Click Submit.

Deleting DNS Records


You can delete records by the following steps.

  1. Log in to the EOC and select Assets > DNS in the left navigation bar.

  2. On the domain list page, select the target domain record and click delete.

  3. The system will pop up confirmation notification, click OK to delete it.
