Managing Product Lines

EOC supports to view and manage product lines in unified list, including: edit and delete.

Prerequisites

Before you start, make sure that the user account has been assigned the required permissions. If you need to be assigned, please contact the Organization Admin.

Editing Product Lines

You can modify the product lines by the following steps.

1. Log in to the EOC and select Assets > Product Lines in the left navigation bar.

2. On the product line list page, select the target product line and click .

3. On the edit product line page, complete the changes to the product line information.

   • Product Line Name: Enter the name of the product line to be modified.
   • Description: Enter the description information that needs to be modified.

4. Click OK.

Deleting Product Lines

Note

You will not be able to delete a product line when the products are affiliated under the product line. Please remove the cascade relationship of the product first before deleting.

You can delete the product lines by the following steps.

1. Log in to the EOC and select Assets > Product Lines in the left navigation bar.

2. On the product line list page, select the target product line and click .

3. The system will pop up confirmation notification, click OK to delete it.
