Exporting/Importing Quality Assessment Rules


You can import an exported file template after modification and add quality assessment rules in batches to share or migrate quality assessment rules and the dimension tables linked to quality assessment rules across different OUs and environments.

Prerequisites


Before starting, make sure the user account has been assigned the menu group containing System Config. If not assigned, contact the application administrator.

Exporting Quality Assessment Rules


  1. Select Configuration Management > System Config from the left navigation pane.
  2. Select the Import and Export tab, and then select Export Rules.
  3. In the Export Rules pop-up, select and fill in the following information:
    • Rule Type: Real-Time Detection
    • Data Source: EnOS IoT Hub
    • Monitoring Group: After checking the monitoring group, all monitoring objects under the monitoring group and the assessment rules configured for the monitoring objects will be checked.
  4. Select OK to trigger the export task and export the file in .xlsx(.xls) format.

Importing Quality Assessment Rules


The following information can be imported from files in .xlsx(.xls) format:

  • The Monitoring group and monitoring objects configured with quality assessment rules and the configuration information of the quality assessment rules.
  • The quality dimension tables linked to the quality assessment rules and configuration information of the quality dimension tables.

Note

Recommended method: Export a file according to the steps in Exporting Quality Assessment Rules, modify the configuration information in the file, and then import it.


  1. Select Configuration Management > System Config from the left navigation pane.
  2. Select Import and Export page, then select Import Rules at the top of the page.
  3. In the Import Rules pop-up, enter the following information:
    • Rule Type: Real-Time Detection.
    • Data Source: EnOS IoT Hub.
    • Upload: Select and upload a local file.
  4. Select OK to import the file and add rules.


After the assessment rules are successfully imported, you can view imported records and information in the list on the system configuration page.
