About EnOS Fleet Control

Fleet Control provides out-of-the-box control services.

Based on industry standards, Fleet Control has developed a set of standard control services that have business semantics. Applications can reuse or customize existing standard control services to quickly acquire control capabilities. At the same time, Fleet Control support classification of different connected devices by device type and model, allowing users to perform telecontrol and teleadjusting in different scenarios.

Main Features

The main features of Fleet Control include:

  • Standardized Control Service: Fleet Control defines standard control services with reference to industry standards, supports the internalization of standard control capabilities by the various device types accessed and manages them in a consistent manner in the standard function library. For more information about standard control services supported by Fleet Control, see Standardized Control Service.

  • User-defined Control Panel: Users can customize the control panel template based on the device type and model and automatically create the control panel according to the template. Users can also control the device and site through the control panel, perform batch control for multiple devices, and retry failed control requests.

  • Security Compliance Control: Fleet Control provides security functions such as priority dispatching, verification of parameter validity and execution authentification. Users can set role-based access control (Role-Based Access Control, RBAC) permissions for users and applications. In addition, users can view the status and details of each link in the execution chain of the control request through the control panel to ensure the control process is visible and traceable.

  • Wide Range of Control Scenarios: Users can control devices accessed through EnOS Edge and smart devices connected directly to the cloud, as well as remotely control and adjust objects at multiple levels, such as light assets to heavy assets and device to site EMS.
