Managing Filter Default Configuration

To make it easier for application users to view different types of alarm records directly, you can configure default filters and assign them to the relevant users so that users can view alarm records under the assigned filters after selecting the site type on Active Alarm and Alarm Log.

Prerequisites

Before starting, make sure the current account has been assigned the required asset permissions and the menu group containing Alarm Config; the menu groups containing Alarm Log and Active Alarm have been assigned to the application users who need to view alarm records under the assigned filters. If not assigned, contact the application administrator.

Creating a Filter Default Configuration

  1. Select Alarm Config in the left navigation bar and select the Filter Default Configuration tab.

  2. Select New, and enter the name of the configuration rule in Basic Information.

  3. Select the site type where the default filters are displayed in Object Settings.

  4. Select the following information in Filter Settings:

    • Alarm Group: Select the group to which the alarms that are to be displayed by default belong.

    • Alarm Type: Select the alarm types to which the alarms that are to be displayed by default belong.

  5. In User Assignment, select Add, and after selecting users in the pop-up window, select OK.

  6. Select Save to complete the configuration of the default filter.

After the filter default configuration is saved, the assigned users can view alarm records under the default filters after selecting the site type on Active Alarm and Alarm Log.
