Target Users¶

EnOS Alarm Management primarily serves the following users.

Application Creator¶

Application creators can build alarm applications suitable for different industries and business scenarios based on the alarm rules and active alarm functions provided by Alarm Management.

Application User¶

Application users can use the Alarm Log, Active Alarm, Alarm Shelving, and Alarm Statistics pages.

Asset Administrator¶

Asset administrators are responsible for connecting assets to Alarm Management, as well as configuring alarm trigger rules, alarm notification rules, alarm response rules, and fields in the alarm list.

Application Administrator¶

Application administrators are responsible for managing users and permissions under the OU, including access to menus and assets, and operations within the application. Application users need to contact the application administrator to be assigned the required permissions before using the application.
