If you set the Start Time and End Time parameters of the related template to 0 days before today when creating a periodic schedule, the schedule will not work.
If you set the Start Time and End Time parameters of the related template to 0 days before today when creating a periodic schedule, the page will display the parameter values as Yesterday when you edit this schedule.
