Data Connectivity Capacity

Acting as the data collector for EnOS, EnOS Edge’s performance is mainly reflected in the number and sampling frequency of measurement points accessed and subject to the following hardware and software configurations.

  • Sampling frequency defined by the protocol.

  • Frequency defined in the device model.

  • Number of connected sub-devices.

  • Number of measurement points.

  • Server CPU.

  • Memory.

  • Hardware type.

It is therefore difficult to accurately specify the number of measurement points that an Edge can support. Based on the internal performance test results, the following examples are given for reference. You can contact the Envision Technical Support Team to learn about the detailed capability of Edge for your scenario.
