Restoring Alarms


You can restore shelved alarm records on the Alarm Shelving page.

Prerequisites


Before starting, make sure that the current account has been assigned the required asset permissions and a menu group, including Alarm Shelving. If not assigned, contact the application administrator.

Procedures


  1. Select Alarm Shelving in the left navigation bar and select the Shelved Records tab. By default, the current page displays the alarm records that have been shelved of all sites today.
  2. Select Apply to view the shelved alarm records of the filters.
  3. Select Restore at the end of the target alarm record row.


After restoring alarm records:

  • You can view the restored active alarm records on the Alarm Log and Active Alarm pages.
  • You can view the restored inactive alarm records on the Alarm Log page.
