Product Architecture¶

EnOS Alarm Management works alongside Work Management to close the loop of operation and maintenance for operational technology and information technology.

Alarm Management can configure alarm trigger rules of measurement points and KPIs based on the accumulated domain know-how, including alarm severities, alarm types, and status codes.
Alarm Management can send alarm notifications by email, SMS, and pop-up window.
Alarm Management supports viewing active alarms and all triggered alarms on the Active Alarm and Alarm Log pages.
Alarm Management offers a fault analysis view for alarms.
