Creating Service Requests¶
Service requests come from a variety of sources:
When an alert or early warning is generated in the EnOS Monitoring & Control and Advanced Analytics applications, a service request can be automatically or manually triggered to EnOS Work Management. Prerequisites¶
Before starting, make sure the current account has the required asset permissions, action permissions, and menu groups including Service Requests. If not assigned, contact the application administrator.
Procedure¶
This article describes how to create a new service request in Work Management.
In the left navigation bar, select the Service Requests menu to enter the service request list.
Select New to enter the service request creation page and enter the following information:
Subject: enter a title for the service request.
Site: select a site. Can be searched by name.
Priority: select a priority. The default is None.
Devices: select one or more devices. Can be searched by name.
Due Date: specify the service request end time.
Description: enter a description for the service request.
Files: upload pictures and files as needed.
Select Save to finish creating the service request.
