This page describes how to troubleshoot the issues encountered when you create and manage templates.

Cannot Select Values of Time and Site Parameters from the Drop-down List When You Preview a Birt Template¶

When you preview a BIRT template containing time and site parameters, the parameter values cannot be selected from the drop-down list, and have to be entered manually.

Cause¶

The parameters in BIRT template are set incorrectly.

Solution¶

Set the time and site parameters in BIRT as below:

Format as: Select Custom.
Format code: Use SingleSite, MultiSite, StartDate, or EndDate.
