This section helps you get started quickly with the deployment and configuration of the notification management service.

Before You Start

  • Ensure that you have an EnOS system administrator account and the permissions with full operational access for message push management. For more information, see Policies, Roles, and Permissions.

  • Ensure that you have an EnOS OU administrator account and the permissions that is authorized by the system administrator to configure mail and SMS templates and quotas for the push messaging service. For more information, see Policies, Roles, and Permissions.

The Envision project manager or sales representative will provide the initial service list and template list JSON files to the operations engineer, who will then complete the initial deployment in Notification Management.

If you need to modify the service list and message template, the System Administrator will have to export the list or template JSON file for configuration. After configuration, import it via Notification Management. For more information, see System Management.

  2. Create operator and allocate channels. For more information, see Notification Channel.

Note

  • Customers can choose whether to access the Envision SMS channel according to their actual needs, that is, the operator selects EnOS China(Deprecated) or EnOS Global(Deprecated). If there are requirements, provide them to the Envision project manager or sales representative for deployment by the operations engineer.

  • EnOS China(Deprecated) channel sends domestic text messages that come with an [EnOS] signature.

  • EnOS Global(Deprecated) can only send overseas messages, without any signature.
