Quota Management


Log in to the EnOS Management Console as the OU administrator, select Notification Management > Quota, select the application for which the quota needs to be applied in the pull-down menu, and then edit and submit the quota and threshold details.

  • Limit Quota: When this switch is enabled, the push will be immediately restricted once the remaining quota is less than or equal to 0.
  • Select the message push mode or operator that needs to be modified, where Mail, Envision Mainland, Envision Abroad, SCS, Twilio and Nexmo can be selected. The push mode or operator display options depend on the system service configurations.
    • Modify the Total Quota: Modify the total number of emails or SMS sent every month, click OK, and the system will submit the application to the system administrator for approval.
    • Warning Threshold: Set the alert threshold. An early warning will be sent when the total monthly quota threshold is reached, and the alert threshold will take effect once modified.
    • Recipient: Set the alert recipient by entering the email address of alert recipient. When the monthly quota threshold is reached, the alert will be triggered and an alert email will be sent to the recipient’s mailbox.
