Creating and Closing a Work Order¶
This article describes how to create a work order, schedule and assign it, and finally close it in EnOS Work Management.
Note
Work Management supports configuring custom fields and workflows. This article uses the default fields for its example, which may be different from your actual interface.
Scenario Descriptions¶
In daily maintenance work, the manager discovers that devices need to be overhauled, creates a device O&M work order, and assigns this work order to an operator. After the work order is created, the manager needs to schedule it. After being assigned a work order, the operator views and executes it according to the instructions it contains.
