Logging in to EnOS Mobile Application¶
This article introduces how to log in to EnOS Mobile Application.
Prerequisites¶
Before you start, make sure the following items:
- You have downloaded and installed the EnOS Mobile Application.
- Your account has been assigned to the OU that supports EnOS Mobile Application. If not assigned, contact the application administrator.
Logging in with Username¶
Note
The username and password used to log in to Mobile Application are the same as the username and password used to log in to Application Portal.
Access EnOS Mobile Application.
On the login page, enter your username and password.
Select Log In.
(Optional) If your account is added to multiple organizations, choose the organization to access.
Note
Alternatively, you can switch your organization in Me > Organization after logging in.
Logging in by SSO¶
Access EnOS Mobile Application.
On the login page, select Switch Login Method.
Select SSO in the pop-up window.
Enter your SSO email or account on the SSO page and select Next.
(Optional) If your account is added to multiple organizations, choose the organization to access.
Note
Alternatively, you can switch your organization in Me > Organization after logging in.
