Configuring Notifications


EnOS Mobile Application supports real-time notification on alarms and tasks (work orders and service requests), to make sure that application users can respond quickly to asset alarms or task tickets.

Prerequisites


Before you start, make sure the following items:

  • You have downloaded and installed the EnOS Mobile Application.
  • Your account has been assigned to the OU that supports EnOS Mobile Application. If not assigned, contact the application administrator.

Procedure


  1. Log in to EnOS Mobile Application.

  2. On the Me tab, select Notifications.

  3. On the Notifications page, enable the following message notification features on demand.


    Name Description
    Alarm Messages Once enabled, Mobile Application will send alarm information to application users when relevant devices trigger alarms.
    Task Messages Once enabled, Mobile Application will send task information to application users when work orders or service requests are assigned or transferred to application users.
