Setting up EnOS Mobile Application


This article introduces the specific steps to configure EnOS Mobile Application for the first time.

Prerequisites


Before you start, make sure the following items:

  • The current OU has obtained, authorized, and enabled EnOS Mobile Application. For more information, contact the application administrator.

  • You have been assigned the required asset permissions, operation permissions, and menu groups including Mobile Application menus. If not assigned, contact the application administrator.

Step 1: Obtaining the Application


  1. Refer to the table below to obtain EnOS Mobile Application.

    Contact the system administrator to obtain the installation package.

    Access Google Play, search for and obtain EnOS Mobile.

    iOS

    Global

    Access App Store, search for and obtain EnOS Mobile.


  2. Install Mobile Application on your mobile devices.

Step 2: Logging in to Mobile Application


The username and password used to log in to EnOS Mobile Application are the same as the username and password used to log in to Application Portal. Application users can log in to Mobile Application by the following steps:

  1. Access EnOS Mobile Application.

  2. On the login page, enter your username and password.

  3. Select Log In.

  4. (Optional) If your account is added to multiple organizations, choose the organization to access.

(Optional) Step 3: Modifying Application Settings


Application users can freely configure the information such as language, notification, and authentication method of Mobile Application according to personal preferences by the following steps:

  1. Select the Me tab.

  2. Configure the following information.


Settings

Description

Language

Change display languages. For more information, see Changing Display Language.

Notifications

Enable or disable alarm and task message notifications. For more information, see Configure Notifications.

Security

Enable or disable fingerprint, pattern, or face unlock methods. For more information, see Configuring Authentication Methods.

Step 4: Accessing Menus


  1. Select the Apps tab.

  2. Select the target menu to access the corresponding page in the application menu list. Mobile Application provides standard functions and supports custom application development based on a unified mobile framework and domain know-how.

(Optional) Step 5: Configuring Shortcut Menus


EnOS Mobile Application supports customizing shortcut menus. Application users can pin specific menus as shortcuts for the quick switch among frequently used menus by the following steps:

  1. Select the Apps tab to open the menu list of Mobile Application.

  2. In the Shortcut section, add menus by the following ways:

    • If no menu was added before, select Add, add the target menu from the menu list, and select Save.

    • Select Edit to add the target menu from the list and select Save.
