Setting up EnOS Mobile Application¶
This article introduces the specific steps to configure EnOS Mobile Application for the first time.
Prerequisites¶
Before you start, make sure the following items:
The current OU has obtained, authorized, and enabled EnOS Mobile Application. For more information, contact the application administrator.
You have been assigned the required asset permissions, operation permissions, and menu groups including Mobile Application menus. If not assigned, contact the application administrator.
Step 1: Obtaining the Application¶
Refer to the table below to obtain EnOS Mobile Application.

Contact the system administrator to obtain the installation package.

Access Google Play, search for and obtain EnOS Mobile.

Access App Store, search for and obtain EnOS Mobile.
Install Mobile Application on your mobile devices.

Step 2: Logging in to Mobile Application¶
The username and password used to log in to EnOS Mobile Application are the same as the username and password used to log in to Application Portal. Application users can log in to Mobile Application by the following steps:
Access EnOS Mobile Application.
On the login page, enter your username and password.
Select Log In.
(Optional) If your account is added to multiple organizations, choose the organization to access.

(Optional) Step 3: Modifying Application Settings¶
Application users can freely configure the information such as language, notification, and authentication method of Mobile Application according to personal preferences by the following steps:
Select the Me tab.
Configure the following information.
