Configuring Security Settings


This article introduces how system administrators configure the security settings suitable for all OUs in the current environment in the Admin Console of Application Portal.

Procedure


  1. Select Security Settings from the left navigation pane of the Admin Console.

  2. Configure the following information on the Security Settings page.


    Field

    Description

    Multiple Login Sessions

    Enable the function to allow an account to log in Application Portal via multiple IP addresses at the same time.

    IP Address White/Black List

    Enable the white list to allow user login via the specified IP addresses.
    Enable the black list to block user login via the specified IP addresses.


  3. Select Apply Changes.

Note

  • Multiple Login Sessions applies to all users in the environment.

  • You can only enable either the white list or the black list at the same time.
