FAQs for OU Administrators¶
Q: Why users cannot see the resources in a visible Organization Structure, after assigning the visible Organization Structure to the user’s role?¶
A: Visible organization structure only allow users to view the information such as layers and nodes, or to switch organization structures in an application. To make users see the resources in the visible organization structure, you need to assign resource permissions to the users. For more information on assigning resource permissions, see Assigning Resource Permissions.
FAQs for Sub-Administrators¶
Q: Why can’t I see a user in Admin Console?¶
A: You can only view and manage the following users:
The users in the organization structures and user groups within your management scope.
The users you created.
If necessary, contact the OU Administrator to adjust the organization structures and user groups that you can manage.
FAQs for OU Users¶
Q: How can I contact the OU administrator?¶
A: Select the user name on the top-right corner, then the down-arrow icon to select Administrator to view the account information and email address of the OU administrator.

The background color of icons might vary in different system themes.
Q: Why can’t I enter the OU that I could enter before?¶
A: The issue might because:
OU administrator remove your account from the OU.
The validity of your account has been expired.
If necessary, contact the OU administrator to add your account to the OU, or extend the validity of your account.
