Login to Application Portal


This article introduces how OU users log in to Application Portal.

Prerequisites


Before you start, make sure you have an Application Portal account with the access to the target OU. To apply for an Application Portal account, contact the OU administrator.

Procedure


  1. Log in to Application Portal. The URL address of Application Portal is https://app-portal.{domain_name}/login, where {domain_name} is the domain name for deploying Application Portal. For more information on the domain name of Application Portal, contact the system administrator.
  2. After logging in:
    • If you have permissions to access applications, the first application on the application list (when first logging in) or the application you used last time will open.
    • If you have no permission to access applications, an error message appears. To acquire access permissions of applications, contact the OU administrator.

Resetting Password


  1. On the Application Portal login page, select Forgot Password and enter your email address on the popup window.
  2. Select Submit, and an email containing a link to reset your password is sent to the specified email address. You need to go to the link to reset your password within 24 hours.
