Configuring Authentication Methods


You can enable multiple authentication methods in EnOS Mobile Application to log in or unlock the application by multi-factor authentication, pattern, fingerprint, or facial recognition.

Prerequisites


Before you start, make sure the following items:

  • You have downloaded and installed the EnOS Mobile Application.
  • Your account has been assigned to the OU that supports EnOS Mobile Application. If not assigned, contact the application administrator.

Procedure


You can enable the following authentication methods in EnOS Mobile Application:

Configure authentication methods for the current device by following these steps:

  1. Log in to EnOS Mobile Application.
  2. On the Me tab, select Security.
  3. On the Security page, enable the corresponding authentication methods.

Note

  • To enable pattern unlock, you need to set up a pattern on the pattern unlock page.
  • To enable fingerprint or face unlock, make sure that fingerprint or face information has been enrolled to your device.
