Battery Factory Digital Manufacturing – Data Archiving¶

Huge device status data and business message data is generated by the OT system in the process of battery production, including the production data of electrodes, cells, modules, and battery packs, which is helpful in monitoring the battery production process.

The data generated by the OT system is transmitted to EnOS Edge for preliminary processing and calculation. After passing the firewall, data is uploaded to EnOS Cloud through the IoT Hub for further stream processing and calculation. The access frequency of the massive data generated in battery production may be low and consumes a large amount of storage space. Users can selectively archive and store this kind of business data (the archived data can be queried and downloaded through Data Federation) to save the cost of data storage. The archived battery production data can be reused for future big data analysis.
