About EnOS Alarm Management¶
Alarm Management is a business processing platform that covers the entire life cycle of alarms. Alarm Management can monitor and identify abnormal conditions in connected assets to help enterprises more efficiently eliminate defects and reduce the operational risks of enterprise assets.
Main Features¶
The main features of Alarm Management include:
Trigger Rule Configuration: Asset administrators can configure alarm trigger rules based on measurement points and KPIs. When the data values of measurement points and KPIs or device status meet the set conditions, alarms will be triggered.
Notification Rule Configuration: Asset administrators can configure alarm notification rules to send real time or scheduled alarms to application users through emails, SMS messages, and pop-up windows.
Acknowledgment Rule Configuration
Asset administrators can configure acknowledgment response rules. After an alarm is triggered, application users can acknowledge the alarm.
Asset administrators can configure ticket response rules for alarms under an OU that has obtained Work Management. After an alarm is triggered, a ticket can be created by application users for the alarm under an OU that has obtained Work Management.
Alarm View: Application users can view all triggered alarms, active alarms, shelved alarms, and alarm statistics.
Alarm Response
Application users can acknowledge alarms.
Application users can create work orders or service requests for alarms under an OU that has obtained Work Management.
